July 6-9th, 2009: Roscoff, Brittany, France 6th European Surface Processes Meeting The stochastic nature of sediment transport Preceded by a workshop on Experimental and Numerical Modeling in Geomorphology The sixth European Surface Processes meeting will take place on 8th-9th july 2009 at the biologic research station of Roscoff, Brittany, France. This annual meeting is intended to explore outstanding research challenges in Surface Process Studies. The origin and consequences of the stochastic nature of sediment transport on landscape evolution will be a central theme at this year’s meeting.
